Field Goal
Try making a score using the fair-catch kick. If a punt is caught, there is a chance to get a field goal with the free kick on a subsequent play. The player kicks the ball off the ground with a holder’s help. It is worth three points like a regular field goal. It doesn’t count on the timer.
If you are the receiver, it’s important to be quick. To work on your speed, create a running area. Set up a couple of cones approximately ten yards apart. Run as quickly as possible from one side to the next and then record your time. Work to beat that time everytime you show up. That kind of sprint increases your speed when you take off.
